Returns

60-Day Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your Condition 1 product, return it for a replacement or refund. This offer applies to orders placed on Condition1.com only. Not applicable to wholesale orders or third party websites.

Unless there was an error on our end the customer will be responsible for shipping charges and they will be deducted from the final return amount. Items must be returned within 60 days of order date. Please contact support@condition1.com to initiate your return and we'll email you a return shipping label for your order.
