Lone Star 2 Pistol Bag

I would like to commend Condition1 for standing behind the lifetime product warranty. When I had a problem with my Lone Star Bag you handled so well and so swiftly. I was amazed and pleasantly surprised. You promptly shipped a brand-new bag to me without a moments delay. Aside, I would suggest that you remove the handle from the short end of the bag where the zippers meet to mitigate the potential for ripping at the seam.

It took some time to determine how to pack the bag and use it. Your ads imply/show the bag can hold 2 pistols, ear and eye protection and some ammo to boot.

Nonetheless, I’ve found that it can hold 2 full size pistols like a 9mm Sig P320. You must insert the pistols grip first at an angle so that the full size pistols clear the pocket opening. The slides of each should be on the same side of the bag, creating a soft spot to one side of the bag’s interior. I can place my ear protection in the soft spot as well as a loader and some loose items. Alternatively, I can carry a third pistol in the middle of the bag between the two pockets, but you should experiment with your guns to determine the best way to orient and place the guns. With this method, there is no room for anything else.

The bag can hold 8 magazines in the bands provided (Sig 9mm 21 round mags must overlap, but it works). If you have more than 8 magazines, like I do, I place 1 or 2 magazines in each pistol pocket laying them flat.

A caveat for prospective buyers - don’t use the handle on the short side of the bag where the zippers come together. There is a weak spot there and the seam can rip open like my first bag did. Use the handles on the long side of the bag. It works well.

I do like my bag now I know how to use it effectively and would recommend it to others with the above suggestions. BTW, I just acquired some new guns and may need another bag. Thank you.

For the price…… probably not worth it but it is a decent bag.

I don’t know why Condition 1 doesn’t advertise this more! This is an EXCELLENT 2-pistol setup. I’m able to carry two full size pistols, multiple magazines (4-6) and have more space for other items. I generally fill that with ammo and eyes but have also fit eyes/ears without ammo. The quality is excellent, fabric is durable and zippers are strong. There are two handles to carry this and is super convenient.

I have bought two of these so far. Good deal on sale but with that said, this bag is designed very well and is over built. Mine hold full size 1911s with mags perfectly.

This is an outstanding range bag. Lots of space for everything I need. Also, the material and stitching are top notch! I definitely recommend.
