Got two sets of these. Oneset for the camera case. Another for my two pistol case

Case is Great! Customer Service is Not.

The #179 case with lid insert is great. Excellent even. Week made and American made.. I bought the two pistol version with pre-formed foam. No issues. However, I wanted a slightly different version that is in a Condition 1 YouTube video and calling customer service number results in a message saying to use their website contact form. I did that and all responses are AI and I was not able to get answers I wanted.

Customers and prospects customers should be able to speak with an actual person. Not being able to is unsatisfactory.

Made in the Good 'ol PRC

The locks work well, but they leave quite a bit of room to still open the case when locked.

Worst part about them is the "Made in PRC" tag. If I'm buying from a company that advertises made in the USA (albeit not on this product), I especially don't want to see the People's Republic of China anywhere on my gear.

New Handgun case

Was shopping for multi pistol case , saw many similar looking cases online and took a shot on CONDITION 1 ,( gave it a try )
Could not be more pleased with the quality and execution of the product. It accommodates and accomplishes all I had hoped it would. There made well and seem very durable. The experience thus far has been that the product has not only met but exceeded my initial expectations! And when time comes for additional storage needs I will buy again from them. That said they do a lot of sales follow up electronically ( as do most DTC suppliers ) so there’s that !!!
But all in all very good product.

Great lock, but...

These are great locks. My only issue is that under bright lights with aging eyes the numbers are tough to see.

I like these locks, they’re small but effective and easy to program too. Lol no keys to loose.
