Love the case so far!

This is a very solid case. I bought the 5 pistol case earlier and took a chance on the far more expensive 4 rifle version. It fits AR type rifles very well, and the case is very high quality overall. As others have noted, the quality of the foam for the lid and the tape they give you to secure it are both on the low end compared to the rest of it. Seems a silly place to cut corners IMO.

They have also apparently slightly changed the cut out from what is pictured. I can’t comment whether it’s better or worse, just a little different. The smaller/slimmer storage slot is located a little further to the rear. I am very disappointed that the case did not ship with the pictured spacers for the stocks or the lids for the storage compartments. The compartments are useless without the lids. Not going have the contents of whatever I might store there just bang into my firearms. It’s also annoying that the spacers for the stocks did not arrive. I reached out to customer Service, no response so far.

I just received the case earlier today. Overall, it is of great quality and well constructed. That all said, opening the case and placing one of my AR-15 and a larger framed AR-10 rifle confirmed my worry. If you have an offset weapon light mounted on your handguard, the odds are high it will not fit very well at the front. You can probably force it into the foam but it will distort it and intrude into the space next to it where another rifle would rest. Also, if you have a red dot on your rifle mounted on your scope at the 12 0'clock position, it will be a tight fit in trying to close the case lid. The whole point of this case was for me to able to transport multiple rifles to the range and back and to avoid taking multiple bulky soft cases. In the end, now I will need to remove my weapon lights on each of the rifles in order to comfortably fit them. Not sure if I want to go through that hassle. I still recommend this case as long as you understand its limitations in terms of packaging. As it is, this case is better suited for DMR style rifles and bolt guns on which you probably do not have offset mounted accessories such as weapon light.

Would have gotten 5 stars if it weren't for the lid foam not coming pre installed and giving about the weakest double sided tape known to man to try to secure it.......

Makes it so much easier to transfer multiple rifles and accessories! Oh and the red matches my car 😂

Got mine a couple of days ago and I love it. Here’s a tip for everyone…I put apple air tags in both of my cases. That way you can track them in real time.

Case is good for 5 Ar15 type rifles, however the lid egg shell padding is not glued to cover inside and was torn when unboxed. A heavier density eggshell foam is needed when paying $500 for a top line case like condition 1 sells. When I ship rifles this case holds about 20k worth of product. Other pistol cases I purchased have same type of foam for lid and it degrades quickly and due to density is not rugged if used for ATA transport. I would gladly pay for an upgrade of lid eggshell foam.

The exeterior of the case still looks fairly new. It has been flown commerical at least three times and carried in the back of my truck at least a dozen more. I've never had anything damaged inside, so it is doing the job.
Here are my issues:
The latches open with just a finger lift. There is a central "button" but it is not needed to get a latch open. If you, or a handler, or another piece of luggage, hits the bottom lip, the latch will open. The first time it came out of "oversize" handling at the airport and I saw two latches up I panicked a bit. I use two locks but also zip tie every point without a lock now. That is a pain as I have to do it at baggage check (after inspection) and cut them off and carry extra for the retun trip. While they keep the case closed they do not stop the latch from opening and I suspect one will eventually get ripped off. My other case took a decent amount of effort to get the latches open, these can, and in my sample have, come open with handling.

The interior foam started perfect for my intended use, but in the temperature cycles of air travel and my covered truck bed, the stuff has started to slide around.
The top liner pad does not appear to have ever been secured. So when you open the lid it falls off. I added carpet tape to keep it from blowing away or getting in the way when you close the case.
Some of the storage cut outs for the rifles are layered by glued in shapes. Where the rifles move back and forth the are no longer lined up. This leaves the glue exposed and I find it on the grips and around the magazine wells.
This design is very rare so I don't know if there is a better option out there so I will stick with it, clearly easier to manage than two 2 rifle cases.
