          Great customer service

          These cases are super nice. Been using Pelicans for 10 years and I won’t be going back to one. Their customer service, however, is incredible. In the post-COVID world, the customer is generally treated like shit because people are spend crazy and companies don’t care. These folks are different. They went out of their way to help me out which, is unfortunately a rarity these days. It did not go unnoticed, and I will be a lifetime customer because of it. (Not to mention the cases are badass and come in much cooler colors)

          I do a lot of trade shows and need to move delicate items from one show to another. This case hit's the mark, it's well built, has all of the features that I need, good robust wheels, not silly flimsy ones that wobble and disintegrate after a few miles. Great color - easy to spot.

          I like it except for the heavy plastic smell!

          Well built case at a reasonable cost. Wheels roll nicely and it's easy to open and close. Only thing I could do without is the strong plastic smell when the case is opened. Goes away quickly after opening it though.

          This case is solid and awesome!!! Quality craftsmanship and customization!! I love it!! I own a Pelican case as well and honestly, Condition 1 has converted me!!! Live the color options and durability/waterproofing.

          The handle is way too short, and the case hits your legs because of it when you walk. It needs a longer handle.

          Quality is great and definitely spacious enough for all of my camera gear, only complaint is the locking mechanism of the roller handle, it doesn’t have anything that locks in to lock the handle up just the tap on the back, but becomes loose overtime since it is hard plastic like the case. Overall would still recommend and I fly with it weekly..

          3RD CASE AND COUNTING

          My shop can't say enough about these cases. We already have 3 and intend on purchasing more. The cases allow us to travel with peace of mind that our gear will arrive to our destination safely. We primarily use these for flights. The wheels are awesome both in the airport and outdoors. I would however pay a bit more for built in TSA locks! Andddd the foam leaves a bit to be desired. I will likely order them empty from here on out. Regardless, these are the best cases we've found and we are confident that they will serve our needs long term. The support team is also very knowledgeable and responsive. Love that the cases are built right here in my home state of TX! Buying American keeps manufacturing jobs right here in America. Thanks y'all.
