Unless there was an error on our end the customer will be responsible for shipping charges and they will be deducted from the final return amount. Items must be returned within 60 days of order date. NO, the Sporstman trunks do not share the same waterproof rating as our IP67-rated cases. However, the Sportsman trunks are weather-resistant and do a great job of keeping the weather/rain out when the lid is latched to the base.
