Track it here. Our fulfillment crew works Monday-Saturday. Our team does our best to get orders shipped out and a tracking number to you within 48 hours. If it’s been longer than 48 hours and you’re looking for an update, drop us an email at support@condition1.com and we will make sure that an alien didn’t abduct your cases, a dog didn’t run away with your gear, or your package isn't out alone in the cold.

If you're not completely satisfied with your Condition 1 product, return it for a replacement or refund. This offer applies to orders placed on Condition1.com only. Unless there was an error on our end the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges and they will be deducted from the final refund amount. Items must be returned within 30 days of order date. Please use our convenient Online Returns Manager to initiate your return and we'll email you a return shipping label for your order. We won't know the answer to that. We would only be guessing. You have more information than we will. Compare the OD(Outer dimensions) and ID(Inner dimensions) measurements of the case with the measurements of your item(s) keeping about an inch of foam space around the outer edges next to the case.

Replacement parts are covered under warranty, if there is any issue with any part of your case please email us at support@condition1.com and we will send you replacement parts at no cost, all we ask is for a brief description of the issue and picture to help us understand how the issue happened so we can continually improve our products for you.
